Volunteers join EHCAP

Mrs Anne Bucklow has joined EHCAP as a volunteer. She is NNEB trained and has worked previously as a volunteer with Home Start. Anne will be facilitating links with both Home Start and Parent Partnership Services.

Home Start is a National Charity training and facilitating volunteers working to support parents with children under 5 - find out more about the support they offer - ask your health visitor or children's centre for more information

Parent Partnership services offer advice and support for parents and carers of childre with Special Educational Needs. In many parts of the country Parent Partnership Teams are expanding to embrace the new Education Health Care Plans.

In addition to links with these two key providers we are looking to forge relationships with social enterprises and charities providng mindfulness training and Emotion Coaching.
